For Chad & Carey Hayes, creators of the $2.8B The Conjuring franchise, Copycat transformed their desire to give back into a profitable course that drove $100,000+ in sales and a thriving online community of over 1,200.

Beginning — The Problem
The horror franchise creators wanted to launch a screenwriting course that empowered their creative community, but they lacked the expertise to build structured material and disliked the standard—transactional—education platforms.
Middle — Our Process
We framed the course around the Hayes Brothers’ four core pillars of writing, built their go-to-market strategy, and produced a two-day live recording. The Hayes Horror Community—which we managed and ultimately monetized—kicked off with a screenwriting competition that gave three winners a year-long mentorship with Chad & Carey.
